It all started with 2 Co-Workers who became friends then became family.  Vicki and Joy started out with family holiday dinners, parties and then taking vacations together.  We both had a passion for creativity and had a crazy idea to make a light up Tutu for Joy's daughter to wear on our family trip to Disney World.  Little did we know that the Tutu would become the start of something amazing.  That one tutu turned into dozens, and we began to sell them at flea markets and craft fairs all over New Jersey.  From Tutu’s we started offering custom designed hair accessories, custom shirts which turned into our little Home Away from Home VJC’s Boutique!
